A regional museum in Oamaru housed in one of the famous white stone buildings of the town.
Address: 60 Thames Street, Oamaru.
It is the official repository of the Temuka Pottery. Its archaeological gem is the fabulous Willetts' Collection of Archaic artefacts from the Waitaki River Mouth site (see Private Collections).
