V. (Vic) F. Fisher -1983

Vic Fisher was for many years the ethnologist at Auckland Museum. He had a founding role in the New Zealand Archaeological Association, serving on its first council and as President. He undertook some minor excavations which were published by others. His Oruarangi publications were his greatest contribution.
