V. (Vic) F. Fisher

Vic Fisher was for many years the ethnologist at Auckland Museum. He had a founding role in the New Zealand Archaeological Association, serving on its first council. He undertook some minor excavations which were published by others. His Orurangi publications were his greatest contribution.
