Well - this once this was a site to visit. After damage in a storm in 2023, it was demolished. The apparent saving of the tower in a corner of a development was an illusion. Without a responsible party it to ensure its maintenance its fate was inevitable

Normanby Rd, Mt Eden, City. The Colonial Ammunition Company building is preserved on the street front. The tower is behind it partly obscured by modern apartments.
